Workshop on Si defects Nov 16-17 2011
A workshop on defects in crystalline silicon is arranged through the Centre at the University of Oslo on November 16-17 2011.
Invited speakers will discuss fundamental defect theory and practical/economical consequences for solar cell manufacturers. Characterization methods as well as recent scientific results will also be presented. Click here for the full program.
